I’m one of the two hipsters I guess. I’m a brooklyn transplant. Rents are too good and access to manhattan is better than the dump I was living in out in Crown Heights. If you peoplewatch, you’ll find some cutoffs. It also seems to be a haven for gay men and women. Not like Kensington/Dyker Heights but definitely a lot.

That’s a good question. RentShare is certainly not a needed tool for everyone, but for people who have a need to split rent with roommates, split expenses with roommates, pay by credit card, prefer email reminders and auto-payments, or just simply don’t write checks anymore and want to keep their bank account info safe, RentShare is the pretty good solution. What do you think?
