The list of the top ten trendiest neighborhoods to live in New York seldom surprise anyone; places like SoHo, TriBeCa, and the West Village always seem to make the list. In 2011, Dumbo snuck into fourth place and shocked everyone — and now it seems Boerum Hill’s aiming to do the same thing. Between 2004 and 2012 the price per square foot of Boerum Hill homes has climbed 30%.
